new scenario:

Sato was first out, then rejoined the race 26 laps later, and has now done more laps than Kartman. Who is the first one out for this comp?

I think we still have to call it as Sato.

Otherwise we are opening up a can of worms if that happens more regularly. Maybe make a rule if the first car that retires is retired more than 5 laps, that's it. Sato was retired for about 20 laps.

Sato never rejoined the race as he was too far behind so even if he had finished the race he would not have been classified. therefore--> Sato first DNF

as for the first dnf...i would have agreed with you, forzaminardi, if rule 4.0 is not there.

but with rule 4.0 being there we cannot ignore rule 4.0, otherwise we wouldn't be opening a can of worms but a can of snakes instead!

either you or i have to take a step back and agree with the other as rule 9.0 calls for a unanimous decision from the two of us (minardi4eva being not in a position to participate in this as provided for in rule 9.0 as well)....

so, what say you, forzaminardi? shall we say your earlier observation didn't take rule 4.0 into account?

FIA clasification has KArthi so as much as I wanted Sato.....Sat is a no go. Shit I hate that, IT would of been a great round for me otherwise........

At least i got two points because of the Indian Man and Barrichello!

When I say Raikonnen, Alonso wins, and when I say Alonso, Kimi wins!!!!:D There must be something wrong with me!:D
