Time to re-establish R and D

If Minardi are to progress, its time for the re-establishment of the Research and Development facility. Progress in aero, suspension differential and gearbox is necessary now to get into the midfield. You can no longer rely on luck.

    Tell him to pull his finger out. If we show that Minardi have progressed, Bridgestone might allow Minardi to put some input into tyre development. It might also allow the team to supersede Jordan in terms of tyre input as well.
