    Grazie guys. Simon came across as a real nice guy. We talked for nearly an hour. Great news that the F3000 team along with GCM will be used to find new drivers for the GP2 series. Looks like for a change we will have one of the largest teams in the series.

    Interesting that they genuinely have transferred the Piquet crew to Italy, rather than build most of their operation from scratch. They should be reasonably well set to have a decent year. Also looks like the F3000 series may be a step up from last year - a few new entries seem to be coming in.

    Should be a classic Minardi year, I'm sure the team will soon be the crowds favourite in GP2.
