Just looking on the Pitpass site and noted they are showing the engine type; either v8, or v10. What they don't say is whether the V10s are restricted, or open.
If they're restricted then the whole thing becomes an exercise to add cost burden to the teams, if they're open then the engine dudes have done an amazing job with the V8s.
