Just looking on the Pitpass site and noted they are showing the engine type; either v8, or v10. What they don't say is whether the V10s are restricted, or open.

If they're restricted then the whole thing becomes an exercise to add cost burden to the teams, if they're open then the engine dudes have done an amazing job with the V8s.

I've read that they're already making somewhere near 800hp from the V8's. Amazing when you consider the 2003 Renault V10 had 810hp. Here we are, only three years on and they're pushing out the same figures from an engine with 600cc and two cylinders less.
