Rev limited V10s

FIA have just released the info on the V10s. Rev limited to 16.700 rpm with a 77mm intake restrictor. I don't think this will be a competitive engine when you add in all the extra weight and cooling ancillaries.
Nor will it be able to match the torque curves of the unrestricted V8's. Lets hope Mateschitz has got a plan to launch a V8 engined package for Minardi next year.

    Then Eleventh spot is guaranteed. It does not matter what chassis a team runs. That engine config is an anchor.
