  Most likely Monza, some time between 23rd - 26th August.

  Its the only official test Minardi attends. Yes its Monza. I don't think there's any extra money. The team attend that test every year.

  PS says :
  The team is scheduled to participate in the Monza test on the Thursday and Friday before Zandvoort(28th)
  thats 2 days testing, 25th and 26th August.
